We live in Seattle now and the home that we just sold is in Lakewood, CO. It has been an investment property that we've had renters in for 5 years and the home needed some serious "love" in order to fetch the best price. M.B. served as our general contractor as we made extensive updates to the property in order to prepare it for sale. She handled EVERYTHING, finding all of the contractors, providing guidance on what made sense to do, helping to pick finishes, etc. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her.
